Terms of service.

Shipping
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and will be sent First Class. Orders over £35 will be sent Tracked 24. All international orders will be sent Royal Mail International Standard. Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only*. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of my control, orders may take longer to arrive.

United Kingdom
For customers in the UK, all orders should be with you within 1-2 working days - however please allow for an additional 10 working days before flagging a missing order.

Europe and rest of the world
For customers outside of the UK, orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 6-7 working days for your order to arrive. Please allow a further 20 working days before flagging a missing order.

If you don’t receive your order after this time, please email and I will investigate this! If it appears that the order is lost, I will send a replacement order.

*Please note that it usually takes more time than normal for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season - due to a high volume of mail being shipped.

Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to your provided address during checkout. If you need to change the shipping address - or notice a mistake in it, please email as soon as possible. The address will not be able to be changed once the order has been shipped.

Customs and import taxes
Customers/recipients of an international shipment (any shipment being received outside of the UK) is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country.

Orders returned to Mainly Breakfast due to the refusal of customs/import charges being paid, will be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation of orders and returns
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please do so before it has been dispatched. To do so, please email to request a cancellation.
If you wish to refund your item, please request a refund by email. The customer is responsible for covering the postage cost of a returned item - I recommend this is done with a tracked service. Mainly Breakfast will not be able to refund any orders that get lost.
